The Board of Directors of the Killoughery Group of Companies’ main priority is the safety of all employees and others who may be affected by the Group’s activities. 

We believe that our achievements derive from our most important assets, our workforce. To repay them we strive to provide the best possible working environment and training to allow them to confidently carry out their work safely and professionally

Both on site and within the office environment, a comprehensive quality and safety plan is adhered to ensuring all staff knows what part they must play in maintaining and implementing safe working practices

All subcontractors are made aware of the Group's Safety Plan and carefully prepared pre-qualification procedures are used when selecting subcontractors. New employees are also made aware of the Quality Plan and in conjunction with an induction pack handout are fully aware of the role they play. Regular audits are carried out both internally and by external bodies to ensure standards are being maintained.
